Private Yoga Therapy Sessions
Private one-on-one Yoga Therapy Sessions are tailored to meet your specific needs and goals.
Sessions are approx. 75-90 minutes and can be done either at the studio, or in the privacy of your own home. We can also work together to set up a daily/weekly practice schedule and create a special place in your home for yoga/meditation.
You will receive:
- complete Ayurvedic analysis and constitutional assessment
- recommendations for specific asana/posture practices to balance your condition
- pranayama (breathing) and meditation techniques
- structural assessment and hands-on adjustments to bring your body back to optimal alignment and balance
- dietary recommendations to help further balance your personal dosha/constitution

Your initial assessment is $140.00 and is actually 2 sessions as the first session is more of an information-gathering session between client and therapist. We will discuss what is happening for you at this moment, assess you structurally and recommendations will be given to start you on a therapeutic yoga regime specific to your personal needs at this time.
Additional follow-up Yoga Therapy sessions can be booked for $60.
