Intro Kundalini Yoga Workshop

Saturday September 24th 1-3pm

In this 2 hour class you’ll learn the basics of Kundalini Yoga: What it is, and how it works to balance the nervous and glandular systems as well as awaken you to deeper levels of yourself. You will learn the typical format of a class, the origins of Kundalini Yoga, some of the philosophy, the fundamental breathing techniques and Kundalini asana (postures) practice. We’ll answer questions like: What is a Kriya? What is a Mudra? Who is Yogi Bhajan? You’ll leave with tools to start a home practice & the confidence to attend any Kundalini Yoga class or workshop.
