Yoga Nidra

This class is all about relaxation. Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation meditation used to increase calm, steadiness, and a deep sense of peace in both mind and body.

The class consists of some simple breathing exercises, a few easy stretches to prepare the body for meditation, which is done laying down, supported by props for added comfort. 

Usually the first Sunday of the month from 11:15am - 12:30pm Please bring a blanket during the colder months.
